My name is Sergio Bastidas. I was born and raised in Southern California in a little town called Brawley. It was not until the age of 17 that I became fascinated with photography. By the age of 18 it had become my passion. The camera became my way of telling a story. That story being life with all of its beauty, tragedy, highs, lows, inspiration and loss.

I am currently attending Brooks Institute of Photography. Most of my work is being focused on the music industry, since music plays a major role in my life. I am leaning towards becoming a music journalist in the very near future and with your help and support I hope to get there. In the meantime I will continue to be out and about with my weapon of choice, my camera.
